About Lola Kelly
Lola Kelly (they/them) is a gender fluid director, writer & performer focused on genre storytelling from queer perspectives and immersive, intimate live performance. They have a BA from LMU, an MA from RADA/King’s College London and have trained at Groundlings and Circus Space. They've been working and creating for the stage and screen for over twenty years and recently cowrote and directed the critically acclaimed sprawling, immersive Cold War musical "Crimson Cabaret". Other directing credits include: immersive horror, The Witnessing, a show residency for Santa Monica Pier, superhero comedy Sidekicks!, short western Twenty Questions, short noir Gumshoe (Mystfest Winner), and country musical 100 Heartbreaks. Performance credits include: TV/FILM: Blackish, The Fosters, Cassidy Red, The Grinder & Stoneheart. THEATRE: ACTC's Hamlet, Lady (ATA NY), Cattywampus (SCR), Circle Jerk (REDCAT).
